50 bands. That's our minimum across all styles. Some competitors advertise “no minimum” but charge you more per band at low quantities than we charge for 50. We'd rather be upfront about it.

Standard production is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush orders can ship in as few as 3 business days depending on the style and quantity. Call us with your event date and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

No. We create your design proof for free. You can request as many revisions as you need. We don't charge anything until you've approved the final design and are ready to go into production.

We remake the entire order for free. That's our guarantee. If what you receive doesn't match the proof you approved, we fix it at our cost. We've been making this promise for 20 years.

Yes. Send us your logo file and we'll work it into the design. We accept PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, PDF, EPS, and AI files up to 25 MB. If the file you have isn't high-res enough, our designers can usually clean it up.

Yes, on most styles. The front is the side facing you, like a watch face. The back is the outside surface opposite it, where a watch would clasp. The inside touches your skin and wraps all the way around — it's a popular spot for a web address. You'll see the small per-band price for each as you design.

Five sizes: Adult (8"), Women/Young Adult (7.5"), Youth (7"), Toddler (6"), and Extra Large (8.5"). You can mix sizes in the same order. Most orders go with Adult, but if you're doing a school event with mixed ages, we'll help you figure out the right split.
